It also separates into two sections for easy transport and storage. The loops are slip resistant and the rubber straps adjust so you can choose how hard you work out. Now that I am unable to do many of my floor exercises after the operation, this is helping me to build core strength whilst standing.I am looking forward to exploring more of the exercises with this Pilates Resistance Bar as I grow stronger.Being a sturdy piece of equipment, I found it quite heavy at first, but am enjoying using it now.
